About this apartment rental
Cocoonr offers this 45 m² flat with shared pool in Azille to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom (with bath) and a 16 m² terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private 16 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
Shared area:
- A 180 m² swimming pool (unheated) and a children's pool secured by a gate and fence, open from 15 April to 15 October.
- Garden and barbecue.
The flat is ideally located in Azille, in a very quiet, restful, family-friendly residence. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Narbonne and Carcassonne about 35 km away
Transport :
A car is essential; you can park directly in the estate's private outdoor car park.
As for other means of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Azille train station, about 5 minutes' drive away
- Lézignan station 15 minutes away by car
- Carcassonne station 40 minutes away by car
