About this house rental
In the commune of La Livinière, the Cocoonr agency offers for rent this charming 97 m² air-conditioned house, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It includes an attractive 32 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows :
First floor :
- A 32 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Second floor
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160×200) and desk area
- A laundry room
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 3: with two double beds (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- 18 m² terrace with furniture
The house is ideally located in La Livinière, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activities :
- Hiking
- Visits to wine cellars
- Visits to Cathar castles, Montagne Noire, listed villages (Minerve, Carcassonne 30 min away)...
- Lake 20 min (Jouares), sea 50 min (Gruissan and Narbonne)
- Try the local gastronomy (cassoulet, foie gras and seafood) ...
- The Pyrenees 5 min away by car.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Narbonne train station, about 42 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport, about 1 hour by car.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €8/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The stairs in the accommodation are steep.
