Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 47 m² flat with shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people, for rent in Azille. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 25 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 21 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, kettle, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan.
Outside:
- A shared (unheated) 180 m² swimming pool, open from 15 April to 15 October (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is gated and fenced.
- A 25 m² terrace at the front of the flat
- A 15 m² terrace at the rear of the flat with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A private, unfenced 25 m² garden leading onto the rear terrace
The flat is ideally located in Azille, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
The residence is very quiet, relaxing and family-friendly.

- Azille train station about 5 minutes away by car
- Narbonne airport, about 35 minutes away by car
