About this apartment rental
This two bedroom apartment has free allocated parking and is just a short walk into the town centre.
The property is situated on a hill so the entrance is on the first floor. Enter into the hallway and on the right hand side is the master bedroom with superking bed and complete with ensuite shower room, built in wardrobes and dual aspect windows with views over the town.
Further down the hallway is the well equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony.
Opposite is a spacious shower room and then straight down to the spacious lounge and second bedroom with two single beds.
Next is the spacious lounge with doors out to the balcony and next to the twin bedroom.
The home is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any spaces with anyone else.
I won`t be available in person but we use Field and Beach Property Management to look after our home. Local manager, Ali, is on hand if you need any assistance during your stay. Either message via the booking platform or text her during office hours. Her number can be find in the booking confirmation message.
This is self-catered accommodation. The home is equipped with hand wash, a couple of toilet rolls per bathroom, and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners and salt & pepper. We also supply tea, instant coffee and sugar. If you want anything specific, please ensure you bring this with you for your stay. We do not top up consumables once the basic provision has run out, this includes toilet rolls.
We operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge upto £400 for any additional cleaning or damages cause during your stay and not reported. This includes damages caused by dogs, children and adults.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, this is a quiet residential area, not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- This is a no smoking home. Please do not smoke inside the home, or in the garden/at the front of the property. If we find evidence of smoking in any of these areas, a £50 charge will be applied for the additional cleaning costs.
- We do not allow the use of candles, ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down, especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property`s electricity supply, unless there is a designated electric vehicle charging point
