Excellent location overlooking the Estuary and opposite the Crabshell Inn where we enjoyed a fabulous family meal. This property is exceptuinally well equipped and comfortable and beautifully maintained. The underground carpark is brilliant and lift too. We would not hesitate to recommend this property , or stay here again.

Perfect location with good parking on site with lift from carpark level to apartment.
Very comfortable and attractively presented. Well stocked kitchen.
Difficult to open the balcony door - no balcony furniture.

The welcome pack was very nice. The underground parking is very useful and its good to have the lift to. Get up to the apartment. It’s well situated providing a lovely walk along the estuary to get into the town and the bus connection to other places in the South Hams

No instructions to put the underfloor heating on but my husband managed it eventually
