Everything was perfect. Location, accommodation and comfort.
The balcony with the extractor fan from the pub but we were allowed to sit on the terrace of the pub downstairs where the staff looked after us so well.

Appartamento spazioso, arredato con estrema cura e con grande gusto con vista splendida sul fiume. Cucina pulita superattrezzata con in omaggio acqua fresca, prosecchino e birra oltre al kit per the e caffè. Tutto corrispondente alle foto su Booking. Casa in cui sarebbe bello vivere.
Peccato per la cappa aspirante della cucina che fa grande rumore e puzza di cibo sul terrazzino rendendolo poco utilizzabile e il traffico della strada sul retro.

Spacious accommodation, good location for exploring the area. Great views. Good place for food and drinks, with excellent staff, who were really helpful.
The outside seating area. The extraction unit from the restaurant kitchen is situated on the wall next to the decking area. It is quite noisy and is on all day while the restaurant is in use. It makes it hard to enjoy the excellent views from the decking area. Also, the decking does really need replacing.

Views were fantastic. The apartment was lovely and light and clean. Liked the interior. Left us coffee, tea, beer and a small sparkling wine which we thought were lovely touches. A small jug of milk would have been great.
Noise from the road. Noise from kitchen extractor fan. A small soap in the bathrooms would have been very appreciated. The wood decking outside felt rickety underfoot in places. TV was a bit small for the size of the room.
