The views. Ease of getting to Salcombe on the little ferry as this was an 30 second walk from the apartment! Accommodation was beautiful with many thoughtful touches. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Little bottle of fizz and a beer in the fridge. Shampoo and shower gel etc all provided. It was a thoroughly lovely stay
A bit pricey for one night.
The fan presumably from the kitchen was loud as it seemed to be blowing out into the balcony where we were sitting.
There were some loose decking planks making it a bit unsteady if you trod on them

The location and the property style. Very roomy for 2 couples. The views were lovely from the apartment.
The pub extractor fan was located in the patio area and was very noisy, stopping us from sitting out and enjoying alfresco dining. Toiletries were lacking, very little shower gel and shampoo. Would be useful to have an outside tap and hosepipe downstairs to hose down dogs, this would help keep the apartment clean. The property was very warm with no fans provided, windows could be opened but it was very noisy at night and early in the morning with pub and traffic noise.

Everything was perfect. Location, accommodation and comfort.
The balcony with the extractor fan from the pub but we were allowed to sit on the terrace of the pub downstairs where the staff looked after us so well.

Spacious accommodation, good location for exploring the area. Great views.
Good place for food and drinks, with excellent staff, who were really helpful.
The outside seating area.
The extraction unit from the restaurant kitchen is situated on the wall next to the decking area. It is quite noisy and is on all day while the restaurant is in use. It makes it hard to enjoy the excellent views from the decking area.
Also, the decking does really need replacing.
