This peaceful residence is located in Saint-Cyprien-Plage, an excellent port city on the Catalan coast. Situated within a spacious and quiet wooded park, the estate is just 800 meters from the beach and 200 meters from local shops. It offers a serene environment near the Mediterranean and the Spanish border, with access to 6 kilometers of fine sandy beaches and local cultural sites like the Jardin des Plantes.

The ground floor features a welcoming living area for two and a primary bedroom with a double bed. The upper floor contains a second bedroom equipped with two single beds. The accommodation includes a kitchenette with a microwave, ceramic hobs, and a dishwasher, along with a private garden and garden furniture for outdoor relaxation.
Guests enjoy access to shared facilities, including an unheated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September, depending on the weather. The residence also provides free television and an on-site petanque court for leisure.
