100 meters from shops, a supermarket U and restaurants, 1 km from the marina, the Aqualand park at 3 km.
- This villa of 200 m2 has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms (sleeps 15) 3 bathrooms with shower, 3 toilets, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, two large fridges, a freezer etc... a large dining room, a convivial living room with a 15-seater sofa (Moroccan style) with television - WIFI.
Large washing machine 20 kg.
For children: high chair, booster seat, travel cots, changing mat, mini baby bath, toilet reducer, all on request "free".
A real table football and a ping-pong table, petanque court available.
OUTSIDE:
a park of 800 M2 with a pergola of 50 M2 equipped with a summer kitchen, barbecue, plancha, drink fridge, dining area with tables (15 covers).

The park is planted with beautiful palm trees, umbrella pines, various shrubs and Mediterranean citrus fruits.
A veranda against the pool with a dining area, sunbeds available.
Swimming pool of 8 x 4.2 m, flat bottom, depth about 130 cm with a children's slide.
A private parking lot in front of the villa under video surveillance (about 5 vehicles).
Concerning the beds: a bedroom (N° 1) with a bed 160,
all other rooms with a 140 bed (including bunk beds)
Air conditioning ONLY in the bedrooms.
The end-of-stay cleaning is carried out by us, however the villa must be returned in a correct condition.
Sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels are not provided, however, it is possible to rent them from our service provider, please contact us.
The rental is also intended for seminaries, associations, workers etc...
We do not accept youth groups "too much trouble" for us and the neighborhood.
