About this house rental
The ideal house for 2 or 3 families!! Or to have space for 2, 6 up to 12 people with its heated and secure swimming pool!!
Come and spend a stay in Saint-Cyprien-Plages in this house located in a quiet residential area, 300 meters from the fine sandy beach and its turquoise blue sea with natural lagoons only 2 minutes from our house.
Its 110 m2 of terrace and its secure land of 370M2 offer you everything you need to preserve the privacy of everyone.
You will enjoy all-inclusive services from February to November which will allow you to lighten your luggage or come by plane since we can provide the airport-Perpignan-Saint-Cyprien transfer. (consult us for the price)
The private swimming pool of 9mX4mX1.60m deep is secured by an electric submerged cover and heated from February to November, this allows your children to play in the wading pool and the older ones to play in complete safety since the depth of 1.60 meters offers you a comfortable playground.
Conviviality: The swimming pool remains lit until 11:45 p.m. every evening to allow you to spend long evenings of relaxation...
The hard-built barbecue allows you to choose to grill with the grill or with traditional wood the fresh fish sold at the port at unbeatable prices or the great meat of Olivier, our Catalan butcher, nearby.
8 city bikes, including 1 bike with baby carrier, are at your disposal to enjoy the many cycle paths by the sea and offer you automummy without using the car if you wish.
If you have a pet, it is welcome and will be welcomed free of charge in complete safety in our enclosed garden; we simply thank you for letting us know of its presence when you make your reservation.
2 markets are at your disposal 2 days a week, 1 of which is nearby. by the beach.
The 2 kitchens, fully equipped, each open onto a lazure wooden arbour, one of which is equipped with a 6-meter long electric blind, which allows you to enjoy the sun or the shade throughout the day according to your preferences.
The equipment is complete and double: 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, 1 of which is new since June 2023, 2 ovens, 1 of which has been new since SEPTEMBER 2023, 2 microwaves, 2 new fridge-freezers since the end of 2023, 2 sofas in non-convertible FABRICS.
The 5 large screens led TVs, including a new 117CM one and the secure wifi connection, will allow your children to watch their favorite programs so that everyone has a good holiday.
...... AS IN THE HOTEL, THE BEDS ARE READY ON YOUR ARRIVAL and the end-of-stay cleaning is now included in the price all year round, since 2019 !! (except for stays of less than 7 nights: 310€ extra cost)
The bed linens, in cotton and satin, will offer you a comfort worthy of a 4 star hotel, especially since the 4 large beds of the 4 large bedrooms; ready for your arrival and the firm and cozy comfort are now installed (180X200 or 160X200), 2 white bath towels and a beach towel are available to guests this allows you to lighten your luggage and relax as soon as you arrive.

45 minutes walk; departure from Racou beach and you take the 'chemin des douaniers' on the rocky coast to Collioure; it is a magnificent marked path, facing the sublime colors of the pier and all recommended for children (strollers are unfortunately not recommended)
Do this walk in the morning around 10:00 am, at sunrise; You have about 45 minutes of operation so quite reasonable! a small restaurant in Collioure and a return to the APM...

A versatile property that provided a perfect base for our family of 5.
The private pool wasn't overlooked, it was a short work to the well stocked Spa shop, or the beach and the various beach clubs from less eat out at 5 minutes away.
With a short drive, Collioure and Plage de Paulilles were nice beach days out during the stay.
Barcelona was only 2 hours drive away, so a nice contrast to conclude the holiday before the long drive north back to London UK.

A lovely property. Very clean and well-kept.
Almost too big for the two of us!
Perhaps a few DVDs would have been helpful, as well as a few more bins!
Deposit was a bit steep, but otherwise a lovely villa.

We've just got back from a great week in St.Cyprien-Plage. The property exceeded our expectations and the host, M.Claudel, was very informative with his recommendations and the local contact, Laurence, was prompt on both arrival and departure and a very nice lady. The heated swimming pool was a welcome relief from the very warm, Autumn, afternoon sun We know this area well so we came to relax but if you are looking for sport activities, this place has it In abundance. Every water sport you can think of plus waterparks, equestrian centres, Golf courses, paragliding, cycling, Diving, Fishing. There are some good seafood restaurants, at the port, plus plenty of restaurants and amenities, close to the property. However, there are loads of brilliant local markets, virtually on any day of the week, so if you like to cook the local fresh produce, you will find everything you'll require, close by. The cooking facilities in the villa are excellent with two kitchens and fridges plus plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. This location is a great base for exploring the Pyrenees-Orientales region and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends or family. I look forward to going back again soon.
