Private: natural state property 3 ha, large garden (not fenced). 2 km long bumpy motor access (via unmade road, mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Castiglione della Pescaia" 15 km, thermal baths "Venturina" 40 km. Sports harbour 15 km, golf course (18 hole) 25 km, riding stable 3 km, walking paths from the house 50 m.
