Location stupenda, panoramico, solo l’erba vale il biglietto. Accoglienza ultra gentile!!!
interni un po’ da migliorare, ovvero da rendere un po’ più fighetti (siamo in Maremma, sai com’è…), ma quello che serviva c’era

Posizione su un colle che domina la Maremma e a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Castiglione della Pescaia
La struttura è molto bella ma essenziale. Non ci sono servizi particolari se non la natura è la posizione. Nessuna piscina anche se lo spazio ci sarebbe. Ma perderebbe parte del suo fascino e poi i prezzi aumenterebbero

La tranquillità del posto. La posizione defilata dal caos del paese, i servizi offerti in casa, la pulizia, il condizionamento, posto auto vicino casa, La disponibilità di Marco.
L'ultimo tratto di strada prima di arrivare al parcheggio, l'orario dell'irrigazione automatica del prato antistante la casetta.

Location da urlo. Camere spaziose.
Doccia e malfunzionamento acqua calda. Bollitore non va e manca riduzione che devi prendere dal phon.
