    Rooms are compact. Perfect for business travelers. Not really for leisure. Rooms are clean, amenities are clean, organized and beautiful. Staff are friendly and amazing. The breakfast buffet is great. Tastes good. I loved the hot chocolate. Not too many selection, just a normal breakfast filipino buffet with bakery goods.

    Room had a ceiling leakage, I didn’t notice it and I slipped on the floor. Called the front desk, operator, concierge and housekeeping telephones around 10PM, however no one picked up the call. I went down to the front desk and informed the issue. Front desk acknowledged it, however, no apologies was given at that time. He just said that he will send someone to check my room, even though I informed him that I already slipped on the floor. Housekeeping and maintenance team came and check and decided to inform their front desk team to move me to another room. After some time, a nurse came into my room and had me checked. Thank you to her, she was so helpful. And upon my check-out the manager apologized and ask how I was. Somehow I was okay already and got bruised. It could have been handled better.
