Condo Style Waterfront Suites overlooking Falmouth Harbour marina

South Point's accommodations are comprised of 23 condo-style waterfront suites that overlook the Caribbean Sea and Falmouth Harbour marina. Housed in five individual 2- and 3-storey buildings along the coast, each of the 23 suites offers immediate access to the pool, jetty, and small private beach. Facilities are reserved for guests only, creating a peaceful, secluded oasis in the midst of Antigua's most popular destination - outside of the capital, St. John's - English Harbour.There are just two room categories at South Point: the 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite and the 2-Bedroom Penthouse Suite. The 20 Deluxe Suites occupy the ground floor and first floor of each building, while the 3 Penthouse Suites span the top floors of the 3 central buildings. The ground floor suites are raised slightly off the main walkway, with just 5 steps leading up to private patios. The first floor (second level) suites are accessed by external staircases and feature spacious covered balconies, while the rooftop-style Penthouse balconies afford added privacy and expansive views of the surrounding area.

Any modifications made to an existing reservation may be charged according to the above cancellation terms at the hotel's discretion. No refunds will be made for no shows or early departures. Credit towards a future stay can not be extended.
