Your cozy getaway awaits in Falmouth at this awesome house. With 2 bedrooms including a king bed and a twin bed, guests can enjoy a tranquil stay in this peaceful retreat. The property offers essential amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay. A comfortable, peaceful and private two bedroom, two bathroom Caribbean retreat, set well back from the main road, with a fabulous pool and gazebo. Rose House has been completely and thoughtfully re-furbished, to a high standard, and offers wonderful space, including a 40ft verandah, spacious garden and excellent security. Very conveniently located – Can walk to Bailey’s supermarket, in 5 minutes. English Harbour with a huge array of restaurants, bars, delis, tennis courts and much more is 6 minutes drive away, as is the historic and fascinating Nelson’s Dockyard. Pigeon and Galleon beaches are equally close.
Rose house has a lovely master bedroom with king bed and en-suite shower room. There is a spacious second bedroom which can be made up as a king or twin and there is a second bathroom with shower which doubles as the house bathroom.
The open plan lounge with refurbished kitchen and breakfast bar, and lounge area lead out onto the covered terrace which extends the whole length of the home.
The kitchen has a new stove and fridge freezer, dishwasher and ample cupboard space. Rose House is available for rental complete with everything you will need to enjoy your Caribbean vacation.
There is a brand new 28foot (9 metre) swimming pool with pool deck and shady gazebo which has been installed for the summer of 2024.

The house is adorable. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to Cloggy’s and about a six mile round trip hike to and from Rendezvous Beach. The pool is great. I highly recommend.

What a lovely place - every bit as good as the details suggest and more! Great views, and very comfortable. Nice quiet AC, and ceiling fans, and fast Wi-Fi compared to other places we went. Beds were comfortable, although slightly firmer in the twin room, and both of the showers were really nice and bang up to date. Loads of appliances, and handy washer with a clothes line outside. Mosquito traps on the balcony helped keep the little blighters at bay. Bumpy road up to the property, but fine with a normal car taken slowly. Alastair and Robertha were both really helpful in sorting anything out for us, and helped with booking car hire in advance for example. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rose House, and if we return to Antigua we would definitely stay again – no question.
