Here you live just 30 meters from the sea with panoramic views. The house has a large glass veranda where you can gather, up to 12 people, and enjoy the view. The large balcony above the veranda is perfect for relaxing in the lounge furniture while children play on the lawn in front of the house.
On the entrance floor, you will find a large kitchen with a spacious kitchen island, a master bedroom with its own bathroom, and a welcoming living room. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a family room where the family can gather. In total, the house can comfortably accommodate all of you.
The large lawn in front of the house provides plenty of space for games and play. From the glass veranda, you have a direct view of the sea, and just below the house is a popular launch site for kayaks.
In Hamburgsund, just 5 kilometers to the north, there are shops and restaurants. Take the boat to the Väderöarna islands for an unforgettable experience. Explore Fjällbacka 12 kilometers to the north or Smögen 26 kilometers to the south. Visit the Vitlycke museum and see Sweden's best-preserved rock carvings, or hike in nearby nature reserves.
