About this house rental
Inside, the history and warmth of the house really come to life with exposed beams, an old wood-burning stove, and lots of vintage details and colors that create a lively and personal atmosphere. The 180 square meters comprise three living rooms—including a dining room with seating for 6–8 people around the old oval table—as well as a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a functional retro bathroom. The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and chest of drawers, one with two single beds, and a large room with a double bed, armchair, and view of the garden through the stable window. There is also an extra fold-up guest bed. Both the entrance hall and hallway provide access to the enclosed courtyard, and although the house is old, it is easy to move around – as long as you remember to duck under the stable door to the kitchen, where a little angel hangs as a friendly reminder.
The Old Post Office is an ideal place for those seeking a genuine rural idyll, where there is room for both indoor and outdoor life. Here you can gather the extended family for fun and togetherness in historic surroundings, take the bikes out for a ride in the flat countryside, or find peace with a book in the garden. With access to the entire house and grounds, you will have your very own little paradise – a place where time seems to stand still and where you can feel connected to nature, history, and each other.
