About this house rental
Charming family house of 135m² located in Andilly, just 15 minutes from the city center of La Rochelle, ideal for family holidays.
The house offers you all the necessary comfort with:
3 bedrooms with 4 double beds:
- 1 master suite with 160 cm bed and private shower room
- 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and 140 cm loft bed
1 bathroom with double sink and bathtub
A spacious living/dining room with sofa relaxation area
A fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, gas hob, Nespresso machine...
1 WC
1 washing machine and 1 dryer
We can also provide several baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, games or other equipment depending on availability)
Outside, enjoy a real relaxation area:
Large terrace with sofa area and outdoor chairs
Heated swimming pool 7 x 3.5 m, depth 1.50 m, secured by bar cover and alarm (open from May to September and heated according to the weather)

Garden with petanque court and shuffleboard
Covered summer kitchen that can be closed depending on the weather, with dining area, fridge, barbecue, plancha, fryer and sink and its dartboard

On the practical side, you will find all the necessary shops nearby: Lidl and Intermarché are located only 3 minutes away, as well as a nearby bakery to enjoy fresh bread and pastries every morning.
It is above all our family home, a place where we share precious moments with our 3 daughters. We are committed to preserving this warm, friendly and authentic atmosphere so that everyone feels at home 🌿
You will be able to enjoy the presence of our 3 hens, which young and old will enjoy feeding with daily food waste and collect fresh eggs. ( no obligation )
A small vegetable garden is also at your disposal depending on the season, where you can help yourself with pleasure while respecting the place and nature 🐔🥚🍅 ( no obligation )
