The Space:
Step through the grand entrance into an elegant dining room, which flows seamlessly into a well-appointed kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker - perfect for preparing your morning coffee. The ground floor also features two spacious living rooms, with comfortable sofas and a smart TV, offering plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining family and friends. From the kitchen, you’ll find access to a full downstairs bathroom and a utility area complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs, a beautiful stone staircase leads to a WC and a thoughtfully arranged sleeping area. The home includes a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that adjoins a single room, making it ideal for families. You’ll also find two additional king bedrooms, a comfortable double room, and a full family bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside, the property boasts private, enclosed front and back gardens, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the sun.

There is free on street parking outside of the house. There is an excellent bus service into the centre of the city, with the bus stop only a 2 minute walk from the front door. The train station is a 10 minute drive away from the home with train services to London, the coast and The Midlands.
