About this house rental
Stunning Andalusian 3-bedroom house with ocean views — 60 meters from the beach
Our cozy home is a bright and spacious 3-bedroom end-of-terrace villa, part of an exclusive, secure gated community with a communal pool, lush exotic gardens, and stunning ocean views. Built in a traditional Andalusian style, it features a living room with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen that opens onto a charming, private, shaded patio where we invite you to dine al fresco or enjoy an evening glass of wine.
Its three spacious bedrooms include one master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two double bedrooms sharing a second large bathroom with a bathtub (perfect for those of us with small children to give them a quick rinse after the beach!). We offer a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and more. We’re happy to provide an extra fold-away bed, crib, and high chair upon request.
Our favorite part of the house is the stunning rooftop terrace with its built-in BBQ, 360-degree views of the sea and mountains, and sun loungers—an ideal setting to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset! The house has its own small private garden, and the communal areas are gorgeous and often empty, making it a lovely and safe place to relax with children by the pool under the various sun umbrellas provided. The pool is large (about 30 m) and not very deep, and the walk to the beach takes about 2 minutes (we timed it!). All areas of the complex are stroller-friendly, with ramps for easy access. While a car isn’t necessary, there’s a covered private parking space available at the house if needed.
In just a few steps, you can reach one of the nicest beaches in Marbella, with access to a myriad of chiringuitos (beach bars) and restaurants along the waterfront. You’ll find it all—trendy spots, traditional Spanish cuisine, Asian fusion, pizza… We love that this part of the coast still strikes a great balance: family-friendly yet fun, with plenty of options for a nice evening out.
Costabella is one of Marbella’s most sought-after residential areas. It is about a 10-minute drive from downtown Marbella and approximately a 40-minute drive from Malaga International Airport. The area features beautiful sandy beaches and charming beach bars and restaurants all along the coast. It is very family-oriented, safe, and offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Within a 5-minute walk of the villa, there are several restaurants, 3 supermarkets, a veterinarian, and a beauty salon. Nearby, you’ll also find water parks, a zipline tree adventure park, and numerous water sports options.

Great location with just a couple of blocks away from the sea. The space easily accommodated the four of us. Only issue was we had to wash each dish, glasses, etc. before using as they were dirty.
