Surpassed

We had an absolutely wonderful experience that surpassed all our expectations! The property featured a fantastic terrace, and we were delighted by the peaceful and green surroundings of the urbanization. One of the highlights for our family was the TV subscription to the Disney Channel, which allowed our kids to enjoy their favorite shows in the morning, giving us a well-deserved hour of relaxation! We were pleased to discover that there were two children's playgrounds just a 15-minute walk away, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained. Additionally, we found two grocery stores conveniently located nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Frederic was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He provided us with valuable tips and recommendations for local attractions, which enhanced our visit and made it even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his assistance! Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

One of the worst stays ever and a completely false description of what is a basic remote apartment

This property is not at all like the description that he advertises. To start with, he says that it has a restuarant. In fact, it does not. There is a golf club almost a kilometer away which has a restuarant. This is currently closed most of the time. The Advertiser say "Staff speak English, Spanish, French and Japanese at the reception". This is completely disingenuous as he does not have ANY staff. To list this flat as "Luxury" is a joke. It is extremely basic and ill equiped. There are no pool towels provided and no shampoos. I have never heard of any property with a pool that doesnt provide pool towels. When we arrived he texted us to say that some of the window shutters were broken. In fact, the 2 small rooms were broken and the main living room one was taken away completly. We also found that the apartment was not properly clean when we arrived. My wife found toe nail clippings on the floor of the balcony. I have pictures of them. There were also clumps of hair and dirt on the balcony. I agree with one of the other reviewers who complained about the electrics. The lights are a nightmare to work out. We couldnt find a light switch in the main bedroom so we had to go into the hall to turn it on/off. Finally, the day of our departure was unbelievable. About 2 days beforehand he texted us to see what time we were leaving. I replied to say that we had a very early flight. Then on the morning of departure, we received an email from our airline at 6am to say that our flight had been rescheduled to 6pm. I immediately texted him to inform him and I requested that we stay an extra few hours, just until the official checkout time of 12pm. He replied to say that this was very difficult but he would try to delay the cleaner. At 10am a lady arrived to clean the apartment. He obviously did not inform her. She had not a word of english so I tried to explain. She became extremely hostile and jammed her foot in the door. My six year old was getting...

this time. I hate to say it. but. nothing. not good at all. .

where do I start. we went back as we had a good time last time. it was supposed to be relaxing. but last time issues with electrics we were told were fixed were not. 8 times tripped. toilets seats still broken and hanging off. this time raw sewage smell 2/3 times a day for 10 mins to an hour a time so we had to buy 3 cans of air freshener. and close ALL doors and windows. no hairdryer so we had to buy one. 90 euros. and also broken kitchen utensils. broken lock on window firvsafety reasons not good. and a lock on front door you have to fumble with to get in. as for IPTV which I was told continually it was fixed or being fixed took 7 days. on the 5th day my pregnant girlfriend left to go back to seville where she is from. I only stayed g it business reasons or I would of gone. I also stayed in an hotel one night too at my own cost and Fred who I liked was pretty much non existent in all.this. 17 hours to reply to texts. o own and rent out 38 properties in.11 countries. if I'd had a fraction if complaints about any of my properties I would.of part or full refunded. NEVER AGAIN

EVERYTHING...from the start to end of stay there. I actually booked one week but extended by another 8 days...Frederic was ALWAYS there when needed. it's spacious and the little town itself has many different cuisines/restaurants to choose from...I will be back. a GREAT STAY.

The apartment has all you need. The kitchen is super equiped, TV with international channels, beds are good (although smaller queen beds), terrace is nicely decorated and comfortable, in total a warm welcoming place. The owner communicate really nice with us, gave us a lot of tips for restaurants ect,, we received the key from a nice spanish lady, there was nothing to complain about. If this apartment would be a penthouse it would be a fantastic place to go, but it is ground floor.

The location is rather average, the parking situation on the street is annoying, the parking spot in the garage was occupied by somebody else, whereby this wasn't really an issue for us, because the size of the parking spot is only for really small cars. Terrace might be good for summer time, because the sun is coming in late and is only to catch on one side of the terrace, the other sides are in the shade, in winter time this rather is a disadvantge, no lay downs for the terrace available. This is a ground floor apartment, and it actually is under street level. That being said, you hear everything. Somebody taking a shower above you or using the toilet, you can hear the water running like through your wall in the bed room. People coming or leaving, you hear it. Honestly, this is subjective annoying, many people might not be disturbed by this, we have been. Our expectation was different, it was listed like a 5 Star apartment, so you have higher expectations, if this would not have been the case, experience might have been more positive, although the overall experience was NOT generally negative, just to emphasize this.

Property itself was super, but hilly area with no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Car is essential & underground car park is very tight - however roadside parking is usually available close by

Les oreillers n'étaient pas confortables car ils étaient minces. Il n'y avait pas de draps convenables pour se couvrir. L'appartement était loin de la plage et il fallait une voiture pour s'y rendre. Aussi la terrasse ne dispose pas de vue

très bel appartement, spacieux, lumineux,bien équipé. Fred offre un service haut de gamme, un vrai superhost. réponds rapidement, échanges cordiaux. nous sommes restés 3 semaines et il nous a offert un grand ménage à la semaine, sympa.
