Welcome to our beachfront designer home in southern Halland—a modern and bright space where the sea, nature, and tranquility create a sense of calm all year round. There’s plenty of room here for two families or three generations, with 12 comfortable beds, well-designed common areas, and an open floor plan that makes it easy to spend time together.



The house is newly built and features a spacious living room with large windows, high ceilings, and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining together, and there’s plenty of space for both leisurely breakfasts and evening gatherings. The bedrooms are arranged so that two families have their own sections, and the house has several bathrooms, making the stay comfortable even for larger groups.



Outside, a large terrace awaits with space for a dining table, lounge furniture, and play. The beach is just a few steps away—perfect for morning swims, beach walks, and peaceful days by the sea. During spring and early summer, the area is especially tranquil, while fall offers beautiful sunsets and refreshing swims.



You’ll be staying in a quiet area about 30 minutes from both Halmstad and Båstad, where you’ll find restaurants, spas, golf, and shopping. Families with children appreciate the space, tranquility, and proximity to nature.
