Crappy building.photos do not represent rhis unit zero pricacy facing parking lot first floor loud construction and lob

Clean space. Very minimalist.

The pictures do not represent the unit or building well. It seems like a clean modern space, but the building for/lobby is super old and gross. The unit is not as nice as photos and its first floor along a parking lot. The cars parked were facing in the windows only a couple feet away - zero privacy. I ended up not staying and taking the loss because they would not accept my 50% refund offer. It’s also very busy/noisy.

Nice bright airy apartment centrally located.

Good location - only small number of steps to get in. Nice open plan living space.

Strong smell of sewage in the apartment when we arrived. They advised us to put our arms down the drain of the shower to adjust a drain cap which helped but there was still a bit of a smell in early evenings. One of the chairs was dangerously broken and completely collapsed when I sat on it - was v lucky it wasn’t my 84 year old mother who did so.

Stylish, comfortabel and close to everything you need

The stylish appartement and the fantastic location. Supermarkt and bakery around the corner. City, metro and Nørreport train station on a walking distance. The Christmas tree felt welcoming. When in Copenhagen with family or friends, this is my favoriete place to stay.

Cooking pans are a bit small for an appartement that takes 8 guests. Adding a big pasta pan and oven dish would make a huge difference.

It was acceptable for a short 2-night stay, but I wouldn’t come back again. The staff and the management processes were

Location, cleanliness, clarity of instructions and responsiveness. Beds were comfortable.

The shower pressure was terrible. We reported the problem and got the response very quickly. However, due to miscommunication when the maintenance arrived, the problem was finally unresolved. The staff were great, but the facilities were not. The room had little privacy and we had to keep the curtains closed all the time - very depressing. The kitchen window had no curtain at all so zero privacy. It was noisy outside of the quiet hours. We hear people coming and going and using the elevator all the time. No dishwashing powder or detergent, no hair conditioner, no pot for cooking (only frying pan). Cold air was coming through the windows and we had to stuff towels and tissue paper to insulate the place.

Lovely clean apartment

Easy to access, clean, quiet, comfortable beds

Limited kitchen equipment - no pans or kettle. All the soap/ toiletries seemed to be watered down.

A member of our party had limited walking capabilities, we booked believing ground level meant no stairs however there was to enter apartment block. Also no where to leave luggage on departure day. Perhaps a few lockers in the hall way would help.

Beautiful apartment with great equipment. Great location, also very clean and well kept. The host responded to inquiries immediately, thank you. ☺️

Some minor things need maintenance…. The seat part of the lobby’s bench wasn’t attached to the base and tipped over when a toddler sat on it. We examined it and found that it hadn’t been fastened with screws in the first place. As it was, it was dangerous. One of the sofa seat cushion attachments was also broken, and it kept slipping off whenever someone sat even slightly on the edge instead of all the way back on the sofa. The drying rack in the bathroom had come loose from the wall on one side and couldn’t be used.

Perfect location, especially with a child as park was right behind. Great that it had cooking facilities and washing machine Staff were great on the phone. When I arrived I couldn't get the key in the door (I was turning it the wrong way!) but the staff were very nice on the phone

Excellent location, spacious apartment, wonderful stay!

Great location, very central, convenient to everything. Spacious apartment. Great for families. Walk to restaurants, shops, garden, metro etc

Missing - shelving in bathroom shower and above sink. Knife was dull and hard to cut with. Lids for the pots and pans would be good to have. Manuals for washer and dryer in English would be good to have around as panels were in Danish only. Garbage cans need to be better pointed out in video as we spent time walking through basement and did not see exit for inner.courtyard. Other than these issues its a 5 star stay. If you fix these issues you get 5 stars. As it is I give a 4.5 star.

Great location,quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and cafes and walkable distance from attractions

The location of the apartment is very close to metro and bus stations and also close to Nyhavn(10mins walk) and literally next to Rosenborg palace’s garden which is a spectacular park. There are many cafe and restaurants in the area and a very nice brunch cafe in the corner. The size of the bed was ok(we slept two adults with a toddler) and the kitchen was fully equipped with espresso machine, fridge,dishwasher, oven etc Also I can recommend it for families with strollers since the apartments are located on a high ground floor.

There was a lot of noise from other apartments (doors open/close, shower water from the other apartments) which was quite annoying during the night but overall that was the least in comparison to the great location. The shower cream bottle was almost empty. There was also a damaged chair in the living room but the hosts immediately asked if we wish to remove the chair from the apartment.

Perfect Location!

Perfect location that places you just far enough away from the touristy areas to avoid the hustle and bustle, but not enough that it's an inconvenience. The apartment was brilliant with all the facilities stated (and clean!). Everywhere was easy to get to and with the great weather we found walking the city from here was an absolute pleasure. Really useful being so close to shops and a very short walk to Netto for those essentials after you check-in. The team at Daniel&Jacobs were always quick to respond to any queries we had and the whole stay was easy and stress-free.

It's a small thing that likely wouldn't bother most but being on the ground floor and located near to the elevators we could often hear activity in the communal hall from the room, mostly from doors opening and closing. I feel like this would deter some who prefer absolute 'peace and quiet' but this is the compromise of staying in an apartment building and not something I imagine Daniel&Jacobs can do much about - everyone we bumped into during our stay was lovely and friendly! With the above in mind it wouldn't stop us from booking again - great experience.

Complete waste of money

The location was great, close to restaurants and the beautiful Kings Park.

Our apartment looked out onto a carpark and the garbage facilities for the block. It was hot and stunk so we couldn’t open the windows. The facilities were basic at best. No washing powder or instructions for the washing machine. The body/ hand soap was so diluted it was ineffective. There was no electric jug to boil water for tea- just a coffee pod machine. The furniture was miss- matched random kitchen chairs and no lounge, just two random uncomfortable chairs. We paid a fortune for the property for two nights and were so disappointed we thought about checking into a hotel instead. I will never stay there again and do NOT recommend this property if you expect value for your money.

Excellent stay in a lovely City

Stayed in 2 bed apartment, large. Great location. Nice apartment. Easy to find and you can walk to almost everything.

Little bit noisy at times but it’s an apartment building so expected really. Just be aware, two bathrooms means two toilets not two full bathrooms.

Spacious and comfortable

Large, comfortable kitchen and living area. 1.5 baths good for 2 families, washer dryer also helpful. Easy checkin process. Hosts very responsive and accommodating for early checkin.

Light switch/outlet was sticking out of wall. Bench near door was unstable and in need of repair. No hot water kettle. Very limited bathroom amenities- had to buy shower gel (or was it shampoo) from grocery store. Garbage disposal very inconvenient- hard to figure out even with provided YouTube video. No AC which was fine because weather still cool, but could be a problem as get into shower. 2nd bedroom had king bed, but was very cramped making it hard to get in and out of bed.

It was furnished in a very basic way. No shelves or hooks in bathroom. No waste basket in kitchen -- bathroom was the only place to leave waste. No instructions for the clothes washing machine -- dial was in Danish. No washing machine soap -- they said it was to avoid allergies, but why supply hand soap then? Everything supplied was the bare minimum -- no sugar or creamer for coffee, no pepper, nothing but salt and olive oil. The feather spread was too hot, even with the windows open. A sheet and blanket would have been nice.

Çok temiz ve evde her şey düşünülmüş. Sokak sesli değil hatta baya sessiz. Konum hem yürüyüş için hem de toplu taşıma için çok merkezi. Evde kahvaltı için marketler evin çok yakınında. Evin işletmecileri 7/24 her şeye cevap verip ilgileniyolar. Konum oldukça güvenli ve nezih bi konumda. Bir daha gelsek kesin yine burada kalırız.

Πολύ άνετο και φωτεινό διαμέρισμα ! Μεγάλα παράθυρα σε όλα τα δωμάτια Κοιμίζει άνετα 6-7 άτομα. Καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Στην πιο κεντρική περιοχή της Κοπεγχάγης, 4-5λ από την Πλατεία του Βασιλέως και 10λ από το παλάτι Ρόζεμποργκ και τον μεγάλο εμπορικό πεζόδρομο. Πολλά καφέ εστιατόρια, μπαρακια γυρω γυρω.Σουπερ μάρκετ στην επόμενη γωνία. Σαφείς οι οδηγίες για την παραλαβή των κλειδιών. Πεντακάθαρα κλινοσκεπάσματα και πετσέτες. Θα το προτιμήσουμε σε επόμενη επίσκεψη την πόλη. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα !

Ένα μειονέκτημα που παρατηρήσαμε ήταν οτι τα μεγάλα παράθυρά του δεν είχαν καθαριστεί απ' έξω. Προφανώς είχε βρεξει και ήταν όλο πιτσιλιές με σκόνη.

Lokalizacja umożliwia zwiedzanie centrum pieszo, blisko jest park i sklepy spożywcze,. Dużo miejsc parkingowych w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie. Cicho. Precyzyjna instrukcja pobrania klucza i użytkowania mieszkania. Uprzejma i profesjonalna korespondencja.

Mieszkanie za małe dla 3 osób, nie było nawet tylu miejsc do siedzenia. Nie zmieściła się w nim rownież szafa na rzeczy, które musialy zostać w walizkach na środku pokoju. Widok z okna na wewnętrzny parking.

Toiletbræt var ikke rent, men lidt halv fedtet at røre ved. Mørkerød brun plet på madres under langet på den ene seng.

Beliggenheden er god. Sengene var behagelige.

Der mangler stole og et natbord. Der var kun en stol og en ubehagelig taburet, selv om í vi havde lejet lejligheden til tre voksne mennesker.
