- Bathroom (with bath and WC)
First floor:
- A bedroom with double bed (140x190) and storage space, as well as a cabin area with single bed (90 cm).
Outside:
- An indoor swimming pool (heated) open all year round and an outdoor swimming pool (shared with residents) open from May to October.
- A 16 m² south-facing terrace, not overlooked, with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather! Unenclosed area with crank-operated awning
- A garden shared with the residence, including two petanque courts and outdoor play equipment for children
The house is ideally located in Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, in a quiet, pleasant setting. A pizzeria and fast-food restaurant and a bike hire shop are around 500 m away. The main shops (boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc.) are around 3 km away.

- Access to the bedroom and cabin area via a slightly steep staircase.
