About this house rental
Located in a quiet dead end on a closed plot of 600m2.
At 300 meters by the dune you go directly to a sandy beach, with rocks at low tide for fishing.
Swimming possible at rising tide, very pleasant and safe for children.
You will reach on foot (in 10 minutes), walking along the sea, the supervised beach of Sables Vigniers.
Very close to shops (mini-market, bar-restaurant, bakery, newspapers) at 200m.
You will find all the local and artisanal products on the market of Domino at 2 km, accessible in 10 mn by bike by following the cycle track.

Agréable maison sur un bel extérieur, très bien équipée.
Idéalement située pour visiter l'ile et à proximité de belles plages.
Proximité immédiate (100 m) d'une petite supérette avec pain et viennoiseries très pratique !
Seul bémol, pas de wifi et le réseau 4G passe difficilement.

Maison bien située dans une impasse proche de la mer . Jardin clos suffisamment vaste pour permettre aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité. La propriétaire est très réactive. D’autre part la maison dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances ( salon de jardin, transats, barbecue, chaise haute pour bébé….)
Seul petit inconvénient c’est la connexion 4g internet très aléatoire dans ce secteur.
