About this house rental
You need to recharge your batteries in a quiet environment, close to the sea and amenities.

It is on one level with an area of 46m² with a plot of 650 m² facing the forest, in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is located 800 meters from the sea and 150 meters from the heart of the village.
Its composition:
- A garden facing the forest, terraced in front of the house with 2 tables, 1 round + 4 chairs, 1 rectangular + 4 chairs, 2 parasols. You will have 2 deckchairs and 2 deck chairs.
- A lean-to on the left side of the house with coffee table and 4 low foldable armchairs
- A living room with sofa for occasional sleeping (140x200), table / 6 chairs and 2 stools, plenty of storage, television.
- A fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker (classic), kettle, toaster, electric mixer...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), a small convertible futon armchair (80X200), wardrobe, computer trolley
- A shower room with "walk-in" shower, washing machine, hairdryer, iron.
- A toilet (separate),
- Wifi (fiber).
- Parking in the garden path: in a row, 2 to 3 cars max
Baby equipment if needed: travel cot (to be requested)
Regarding the bedding, 5 pillows in total are provided, 1 duvet with mattress protector for each bed. The duvets and cushions are to be filled by the tenants (2 duvets of 220X240, 1 duvet of 200X200, 5 pillows of 65X65). Fitted sheets are not provided (2 of 140x190 and one of 80X190).
Towels / dish towels / shower outlet are not provided.
Arrivals and departures are from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am.
Regarding the rate, the tourist tax is included. The payment of the deposit (30% + Vrbo fees) is made at the time of booking. The balance of the payment is defined according to the conditions provided by Vrbo.
The "holiday" insurance certificate must be submitted no later than the day of arrival.
It should be noted that in low season, from October to April, heating costs are additional to be paid on site. The meter reading is taken into account, and above 100Kwh/week.
