Come experience the best of both worlds in Bethany: the quiet and privacy of our canal-front and bay-front home that's only a mile from the beach. With a one-of-a-kind lot spanning the entire end of one of South Bethany's famous canals, you're also directly overlooking the wetlands of the Assawoman Bay, which boasts multiple types of waterfowl and unbeatable sunset views. This tranquil escape offers everything guests love about South Bethany, with views and privacy that's truly unique.
Our home offers a full kitchen, indoor dining area and outdoor dining on a fully enclosed screened porch, living room, washer and dryer, outdoor shower and foot wash, 7 parking spaces, and an EV charger.
The kitchen includes a large fridge and freezer, gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and toaster. We also have a propane grill outdoors.
The bedroom and bath spaces are perfect for both families or groups. The top floor includes the primary suite and two other bedrooms.
The spacious primary suite features a king bed and a luxurious, recently-renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower and two sinks. It also includes a sitting area, small workspace and tv, gas-powered fireplace, and walk-out access to a private second-floor porch.
The other second-floor bedrooms feature a queen-size bed in one room, and then a "bunk room" that connects to that room. It includes a twin bunk bed and a twin single bed. A shared full bath connects these two - a perfect set-up for a family with kids.
On the main floor, the home also features a secondary primary suite bedroom with a queen bed and an attached full bath. Around the corner is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath nextdoor.
We offer our guests multiple amenities to help them enjoy their stay and make the most of their experience. Included in the rate is use of two kayaks, 3 beach cruiser bikes, 4 road bikes, and a private dock at the end of the canal. The home also includes two South Bethany parking permits if you choose to drive up to the beach and park in the neighborhood.
The home does not include linens, as most guests prefer to bring their own or use a local linen service. Should you choose a linen service, the hosts can recommend one.
