- Climate Control: The floors are currently heated. A split A/C unit with heating capabilities has been ordered. The property remains cool, especially at night, and I have provided high-quality floor fans in the downstairs area and both bedrooms
- Water System: the property has a filtration system to remove iron and volcanic ash sediment. The system flushes daily at 1:00 PM (loudest flush), 11:00 PM, and 1:00 AM
- Occupancy: The property sleeps 6-7 people. This includes a bunk bed (twin over full) and a queen-size blow-up mattress with a thick pad
