Nestled in tranquil bushland just minutes from Margaret River & vibrant town centre, this stylishly recently renovated chalet blends modern comfort with nature.
Wake to birdsong, relax by the fire or enjoy coffee on the balcony with superb views of the treetops. Walk through the forest or choose a direct route to local restaurants, bars cafés, and shops. Drive 10 minutes to Prevelly Beach, wineries, caves, and the Cape-to-Cape track. A cosy retreat designed for rest, connection, and adventure.
The space
3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home with brand new kitchen, comfortable family lounge and dining, and ample outdoor spaces including patio, courtyard and balcony. The home is spread over 3 levels with access to outdoor spaces directly from each level, giving a feeling of space and character.
With 2 private car parking bays, the main entry door from the driveway enters on the central level into the hallway, direct to the bright and welcoming kitchen and dining nook. The recently renovated kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need, whether making full-cooked family meals, or to enjoy grazing boards and just relax.
Bedroom 1 is perfect for kids with a double/single bunk with ceiling fan and portable heater. The room is filled with light, with views out to the peppermint trees.
The bathroom has a separate WC for convenience and is equipped with a shower bath and a unique carved stone handwash basin. There is storage for personal belongings and a new washing machine.
