About this house rental
Make Margaret River your home with this very private, modern holiday home. Just meters from great cafes and bars, Little Margs is the perfect place to relax with family and friends in between wine tours.
The Space
A modern three bedroom house located in the heart of Margaret River Town, a short stroll to beautiful walking/cycling trails, restaurants, cafes and shops on the main street of Margaret River and a leisurely 10 minute drive to some of Margaret River's best beaches and wineries.
The open plan living area is light and bright. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed and the 3rd has two single beds. There is a bathroom with separate bath & shower and a separate laundry with toilet.
The front yard has a large peppi tree creating a private paved courtyard and undercover seating area with BBQ.
Little Margs is a great home for your next family holiday down south!

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know which beds you would like made up with linen 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.

Everything was clean and tidy. Great location. Lacked storage space for clothing for longer stays however it is an older property. Otherwise has what we needed.
