-Please note that this is not a hotel or resort, but a private residence. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability.
The guests will have access to the entire house, and pool.

This property has a backup cistern and generator designed brief outages up to a day or two. However, please keep in mind that we are not in control of any outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season. We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this. The best way to prevent these critters is to properly store away food and dispose of trash.
