A few minutes walk from the beaches of the Arcachon Basin, this elegant fully air-conditioned villa is the ideal place to get together with family and fully enjoy the sweetness of life in Pyla.

- Shower room (Italian shower, double sink)
- Separate toilet
1st floor:
- Suite 3: King-size bed, desk with balcony view of the Basin, Shower Room (Italian shower, double sink, independent toilet)
Basement:
- Suite 4: 2 beds 140cm, bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet)
- Screening room, TV and sofa, terrace access to pool side with stairs
- Equipped laundry room (washing machine, dryer, etc)

For your comfort, we confirm that our Villa is cleaned by a professional team, as well as our towels and sheets. We also provide hand sanitizer, as well as cleaning products if you wish to disinfect anything during your stay.
