The villa des orangers is a pretty detached house with wooden terrace, located in Pyla, 15 minutes walk from the sea, in the sought-after area of the Hermitage, very quiet and sunny. The house is on one level with 10 beds. Pretty covered and festive veranda (table, aperitif area, barbecue). Recent heated swimming pool, and its sunny terrace.
You have 4 bedrooms (3 double beds of 160 and one of 140) + 1 bedroom (2 single beds that can be joined).
1 bedroom has its own bathroom, dressing room and separate toilets.
2 bedrooms have their own independent shower room with their WC.
2 bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom and their toilet.
The house and its garden are fully accessible, including for people with reduced mobility. It is a house exclusively intended for rental, with plenty of storage available.
It is in very good condition.
It benefits from a very pretty covered terrace outside, on one level, in the extension of the living room on one side, and the swimming pool on the other. The living room and terrace communicate through a large bay window. This gives a generous and friendly living space. It is easy to organize warm meals and aperitifs.

We had a fantastic time on our 12 night break. The villa was everything we were promised and more. Marie-Sophie was helpful, knowledgeable of the area and answered any questions we had straight away.
The position of the villa was perfect for us, it’s situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac around 15 minutes walk from the beach of Moulleau and 10 minutes from the nearest shop. Ignore google maps which suggests longer, there’s a cut through right next to the house.
The pool was lovely and Marie-Sophie kindly raised the heat a little for our 2 young children. She also provided a travel cot, potty, toys and even 2 high chairs.
Inside the rooms were light and airy, have shutters on every window (which is a massive bonus for babies which require blackout), and are at the other end of the property from the entertaining space which helped with having kids.
We honestly can’t fault the hosts or villa and hope to return another year
