Villa Almadoti - Archik - Pyla sur Mer

Contemporary architecture inspired by regionalist influences, this 230 m² house is located on a 1,000 m² wooded plot of land, in the quiet and privileged area of the Ermitage in Pyla.

Completed in 2020, this Gaume house offers an ideal configuration for holidays with family or friends. As soon as you enter, the combination of wood and stone has its effect. The living room is revealed under an exposed white wood framework. The mix of colours and textiles brings a warm atmosphere. A fireplace divides the different living spaces. The large windows open onto terraces with a summer kitchen and pizza oven, the heated swimming pool and the wooded garden. A bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, opening onto the terrace as well as a laundry room complete this level.

Upstairs, a TV lounge distributes three bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. PGJyPgPGJyPgSleeps 8 people.
