This "Nantaise style" house of 130 m² benefits from a privileged location: only 400 m from the seafront and a stone's throw from the village with its local market, shops and restaurants.

On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a double bed (140x200) with its own en-suite bathroom and WC.

On the upper floor, a second double bedroom is at your disposal, with a double bed (140x200), allowing you to accommodate up to 6 people.



The living areas are located on the upper floor. The open-plan kitchen overlooking the dining room is fully equipped: gas hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. The dining room provides access to a pleasant small terrace.

This level also includes a TV lounge (decorative fireplace), a shower room and an independent WC.

For your comfort, the house provides: a washing machine, an additional fridge-freezer, a fan, a baby cot and a refrigerated cellar.



In the garage, you will also find an additional shower and toilet, particularly convenient after your returns from the beach.



Outside, you can enjoy a enclosed garden equipped with garden furniture (garden set, sun loungers and parasol). The property also has a private parking space.
