About this house rental
Holiday house, on the same level, completely renovated in 2016, located 250 meters from the beach and shops. Free Wi-Fi access.
3 bedrooms (new bedding): bedroom 1 (double bed 140) - bedroom 2 (1 bunk bed 2x90) and bedroom 3 with sloping ceilings (double bed 140). Cupboards in each bedroom.
Fitted kitchen (3 induction hobs - electric oven - microwave - fridge - freezer - dishwasher - dryer - washing machine - electric coffee maker - toaster - electric kettle, steamer ....).
Living room (sofa and TV) - dining room (table and 6 chairs).
2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.
Exit to the terrace with fully enclosed and landscaped garden: garden furniture with sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table - dining table with 6 chairs - 4 deckchairs - barbecue.
Optional heated heated jacuzzi (85 euros / week).
Baby equipment (bed, high chair, stroller) on request and free.
Possibility of taking charge of passengers free of charge directly at the SNCF station of La Bernerie en Retz - prior agreement with the owner.
Cleaning payable by the tenant, invoiced 60 euros if not carried out.

Rented for a week. The property is on a quiet street, ideally located within walking distance to the beach, the town center, and the train station. It is fully renovated and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedding was great. The garden is beautiful, and although we did not use it due to the weather, we still enjoyed it a lot everyday through the bay windows. Mr Dupin is great, very responsive and eager to ensure his guests enjoy their stay.

The Property was lovely,and the garden also.We had 2 small dogs with us,and it was safe and secure.The interior was well presented,and very clean and tidy. A couple of negative points. Parking was a challenge.We were in 2 cars,and found it very difficult to park near the property. We were 2 couples ,and the upstairs room lacked a mirror,and a dressing table,and hanging space for clothes.It would have been nice to have had a full length mirror downstairs(for the ladies).
Would we recommend the house,of course we would.Location was perfect,and we had made to order perfect weather.

We stayed for 12 nights recently with our 2 dogs. House and garden immaculate, modern and welcoming. Few minutes walk to beach, shops and few bars and restaurants. Town quiet during week although vibrant at weekends. Dominique was a perfect host. See you next year, thank you
