About this house rental
Holiday house, on the same level, completely renovated in 2016, located 250 meters from the beach and shops. Free Wi-Fi access.
3 bedrooms (new bedding): bedroom 1 (double bed 140) - bedroom 2 (1 bunk bed 2x90) and bedroom 3 with sloping ceilings (double bed 140). Cupboards in each bedroom.
Fitted kitchen (3 induction hobs - electric oven - microwave - fridge - freezer - dishwasher - dryer - washing machine - electric coffee maker - toaster - electric kettle, steamer ....).
Living room (sofa and TV) - dining room (table and 6 chairs).
2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.
Exit to the terrace with fully enclosed and landscaped garden: garden furniture with sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table - dining table with 6 chairs - 4 deckchairs - barbecue.
Optional heated heated jacuzzi (85 euros / week).
Baby equipment (bed, high chair, stroller) on request and free.
Possibility of taking charge of passengers free of charge directly at the SNCF station of La Bernerie en Retz - prior agreement with the owner.
Cleaning payable by the tenant, invoiced 60 euros if not carried out.

Maison très bien située . Très propre . Équipement complet . Mr Dupin le propriétaire est très prévenant et tient compte des désidératas des locataires . Je reviendrai l’année prochaine si je trouve un créneau compatible . Encore merci .

Nous louons depuis pas mal d'années et vraiment c'est la meilleure location que nous avons trouvé.
Rien à redire, le propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse.
