Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from La Cinta beach, this semi-detached escape is arranged over one floor and surrounded by a private fenced garden offering guests a peaceful oasis to relax in the Sardinian sun. There\'s also a shady veranda that provides the perfect place for alfresco dining and a designated parking space.
Inside, guests can unwind in the cosy open-plan living space that features a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table. This space also incorporates the kitchen, which is equipped with a Moka Coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven and a fridge freezer.

Bedroom 1: The 1st air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The 2nd bedroom also features air conditioning and is furnished with 2 single beds.
