About this apartment rental
The modern two-room apartment 203RB22 Strandperle is a sophisticated, non-smoking apartment located on the penthouse level of Villa Allegra.
With the exception of two small steps, the apartment is easily accessible by elevator and can accommodate 2 people.
Just outside the apartment is a large, private storage room with plenty of space (e.g., for suitcases), a coat rack, and a safe for your valuables.
The apartment itself feels spacious and bathed in natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows and extended skylights.
From the entryway, which includes an additional coat rack and a video intercom system, you then enter the dining area and the fully equipped built-in kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a dishwasher, a microwave, and many other useful kitchen appliances.
The naturally lit bathroom features a large, walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and heated towel rack.
Adjacent to this is the bright living area with access to the bedroom and the rooftop terrace.
The cozy seating area, complete with a TV armchair, invites you to relax. The technical amenities include a smart TV with a Blu-ray player and a small stereo system. In addition, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge, so there’s no risk of getting bored even in bad weather.
The spacious bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed, a sliding-door closet, and another flat-screen TV.
The modern window system offers various options for opening and darkening the room, as well as a beautiful view over the rooftops of Binz all the way to Lake Schmachter.
The highlight of this penthouse apartment is undoubtedly the large, furnished south-facing rooftop terrace.
From there, thanks to the stunning panoramic view, you’ll never want to miss a sunset again.
The apartment also includes a free parking space directly at the building (max. entrance width 2.15 m, height 2.30 m). If you need a more spacious parking spot, we’ll provide one free of charge at the central parking lot, about a 10-minute walk away. Alternatively, Binz also has good train connections.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed here.
Another highlight is the sauna area in the building’s basement, which will be extensively renovated in 2024/2025. This makes a stay here extremely appealing, even on less sunny days and during the colder months.
