Enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation in this beautiful 3-room apartment in a wonderfully central location near the beach in Binz! Your temporary home awaits you on the first floor of Villa Laetitia; it’s easily accessible by elevator, measures approximately 70 m², and can accommodate up to 4 people.


The spacious living room, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining area, is the ideal place to relax after an eventful day at the beach. Here, you can comfortably watch TV, lose yourself in a book, or plan your next outings with the kids. For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi.


The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop with oven and range hood, a refrigerator, and, of course, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. By the way, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the nearest bakery for fresh breakfast rolls. You can choose to dine at a round dining table with cozy wicker furniture or at the high table across from the kitchen.


The tiled bathroom features a shower/toilet, a sink with a large wall mirror and a hair dryer, as well as a heated towel rack.


In the two bedrooms of your vacation home, comfortable box-spring double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) promise sweet dreams. Each bedroom also has a closet for your vacation wardrobe.


As a special extra, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beautiful sandy beach in Binz during the season (from approximately May through September).

Apartment 02 can be booked for up to 4 people plus a toddler in a travel crib. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking inside the apartment and bringing pets are not permitted.
