Toller Urlaub im wunderschönen Binz
Wir wohnten für 1 Woche in der Ferienwohnung Nr. 1 im 1. OG. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet. Es gab einen Föhn, sogar Auflaufform, Eierpieckser, Eieruhr... Alles war vorhanden! Es fehlte an nichts. In 5 Minuten war man an der Promenade und am schönen Binzer Strand. Sogar ein Aufzug ist im Haus vorhanden.
Was sehr schade war, war, dass wir für 10€ pro Tag einen Stellplatz beim Parkplatz Zentrum dazu buchen mussten, da zur Wohnung ein Duplexparker gehört, der nur für Autos mit einer Höhe von 1,50 m geeignet war. Selbst ein Ford Fiesta ist höher... Aber das wussten wir bereits vor Ankunft. Am besten gleich den Parkplatz mit dazu buchen. Da hat man vor Ort keinen Stress.

Zentrale Lage, der Koffer konnte verschickt werden und wurde dann in die Unterkunft gebracht.

Zimmer waren sehr gut eingerichtet. Balkon war großzügig, Einrichtung und Ausstattung war gut
Dusche fehlt eine Möglichkeit zum festhalten beim Aussteigen und eine Ablage für Duschgel Betten waren furchtbar, es wären neue Matratzen ratsam

Mit dem Rad in Binz
Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Binz, fussläufig zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Garage konnte von uns nicht genutzt werden, da das Auto zu hoch war. Es kamen daher noch zusätzliche Parkgebühren dazu. Als sehr nachteilig war, dass es keinen Platz für Fahrräder gibt. Diese hätten nur über mehrere Stufen in den Keller getragen werden können. Dies ist bei E-Bikes auch ohne Akku nicht leistbar. Im Aussenbereich des Hauses gab es keine Möglichkeit die Fahrräder sicher anzuschließen, sofern eher Verbotsschilder, dass die Fahrräder nicht stehen dürfen. Wir hatten das Glück, dass ein Stellplatz frei war, wo wir die Räder hinstellen konnten. Dies wird in der Hochsaison nicht möglich sein. Dies ist leider der Nachteil der Wohnung, wenn Räder mitgenommen werden.
