About this house rental
Please note: The new heated pool (with a streaming jet and counter-current turbine) will be completed in mid-June 2026. Therefore, there are currently no photos of the pool filled with water.
This authentic French house is located in the heart of a village with a tennis court, two playgrounds, a store, a bar, and a restaurant. From the terrace and the garden, there is a breathtaking view of the valley. The garden, which offers plenty of privacy, borders a large nature reserve, and the hiking trail (which is also a Camino trail for pilgrims) is accessible from the house.
The Space
La Maison Soleil du Levant is perfect for families and groups of friends looking for space, comfort, and authenticity.
The house features spacious rooms, plenty of privacy, and an unobstructed view of the valley. The house and garden offer a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that is perfect for relaxing and spending time together.
Living Areas
The spacious common areas are designed for cozy moments:
- Bright living room with a fireplace, sofa, and armchairs
- The kitchen features a large wooden table for shared meals.
- Fully equipped modern kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
- The large terrace features a 3-meter-long dining table, a barbecue, and fantastic views.
- Laundry room with a washing machine and freezer
- Large entryway where luggage and items like bicycles can be stored. Here you’ll also find tennis rackets, a petanque set, and an extra refrigerator.
Bedrooms
The house offers several comfortable sleeping areas on the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 with a 180 × 200 bed; there is also a single sofa bed here.
- Bedroom 2 with a 160 × 200 bed, private en suite bathroom (with a view!), and private en suite toilet.
- Bedroom 3 with a 180 × 200 bed, private en-suite bathroom, and private en-suite toilet
- Bedroom 4 with a 180 × 200 bed, private en-suite bathroom with a tub, and private en-suite toilet.
The house has a total of 4 toilets. 3 toilets are located on the first floor in the en-suite bathrooms. 1 toilet is on the first floor in the outbuilding. This restroom is accessible from the living room via the patio (just a 2-meter walk outside).
Guest Access
All areas of the house are available for use. This includes 4 bedrooms, the kitchen-living room, the entryway, the terrace, the garden, and the outbuilding with a restroom and laundry room.
Other things to keep in mind
If you’d like to use the hot tub (October through May), please indicate this when making your reservation. The cost for this is 100 euros per week (which includes firewood and cleaning).
If you would like the pool to be heated, please specify this when making your reservation. The cost for heating the pool is 150 euros per week.
If you are bringing more than 2 dogs, please contact us to discuss this.
