Residence #2305 is a beautifully renovated and well-maintained three-bedroom townhome offering the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The open floor plan, tall ceilings, calming color palette, and abundant natural light create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Just off the living area, the spacious and private lanai features outdoor dining and a gas BBQ—perfect for relaxing evenings at home.
The living and dining areas have been freshly painted and feature new luxury vinyl flooring, providing plenty of space to gather for meals or enjoy a movie night. Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed plus twin-size bunk beds.
Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms upstairs, including the primary ensuite, plus a convenient half bath downstairs near the main living area.
