The Villages is a gated community located within the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort famous for the Francis H. I’I Brown, 36 hole golf complex. It was the former home of the MasterCard, Senior Skins championship. World class golf, tennis, pristine beaches and private spa are just a few of the many resort amenities. The Villages also includes it’s own exercise facility and private pool and heated spa.
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2172 square foot, (plus 400 square feet of outdoor lanai) 2 story Villa home offers luxury resort living at an incredible value. Three separate lanais provide many tranquil spaces for outdoor enjoyment. This Villa has been furnished with Bernhardt and Tommy Bahama furnishings with luxurious Eastern Accents bedding. These are not your typical rental appointments!
Interior spaces include flat screen TV's in the living room and master suite and wireless, high speed Internet service. All spaces include solid mahogany doors and trim with bronze hardware. The gourmet kitchen is finished with granite countertops, Wolf, Sub Zero, and Fisher and Paykel appliances. Large bedroom suites make bringing adult guests or sharing this home easy!
The three bathroom suites include travertine marble, cherry cabinets and Kohler fixtures. The interior features 3 zones of central air conditioning for your comfort. The large outdoor lanai provides a complete outdoor kitchen featuring a Lazyman BBQ. The master suite on the second floor offers a King bed with two double beds in the other second floor suite and a queen bed in the first floor suite. The laundry room is complete with full sized Fisher and Paykel washer and dryer.
The Villages private recreation area is located just steps away and features a pool with waterfall and separate heated spa, exercise room and entertainment area with BBQ. Enjoy shopping and dining at Starbuck’s, Tommy Bahama’s. Ruth’s Chris Steak House and many galleries and merchants at the newly opened 'Shops at Mauni Lani'. Access to the Mauna Lani Spa, Mauna Lani Tennis and Athletic Center are available also for a reasonable daily or weekly rate including Spinning, Yoga, and Power Cut classes.
