Villages at Mauna Lani 640 is a modern three bedroom town home that offers spacious indoor and outdoor living, with an open-concept living room and fully equipped kitchen flowing seamlessly onto a large private lanai featuring a brand new built-in BBQ—perfect for sunset dinners. The expansive living area is enhanced by high vaulted ceilings, wall-length glass sliders that invite in the tropical breezes creating a seamless connection to the outdoors, and now features brand new Hawaiian Koa waterproof luxury vinyl flooring throughout the unit (new photos coming soon).
The top floor features a luxurious primary suite with a California king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a glass-enclosed shower and soaking tub. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations, along with a convenient laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
