The townhome has a spacious patio that connects to the community's main walking path, only a short distance away from the fantastic Fairways' amenity center which offers a heated pool, hot tub and fitness center.
**Guests of 1305 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club.
