Stay in the heart of historic Charleston, just steps from Waterfront Park and the iconic Pineapple Fountain. This beautifully restored 1800s building was renovated in 2026 with modern interiors, original artwork, and thoughtful comforts. Enjoy a cozy living room, full kitchen, and two large bedrooms with flat-screen TVs. Traveling with a group? Multiple units are available. Please note: no elevator, units begin on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and a public parking garage is located one block away.
The Space:
Our decorator's touch gives both bedrooms classic comfort with brand new hardwood floors, as well as handsome furniture and beds dressed with high-end linens.
The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances and a spacious natural stone countertop, perfect for cooking, gathering, or enjoying a relaxed meal.
Two spa-style bathrooms feature stone vanities and modern, overhead rain showers and handheld sprayers, creating the perfect place to refresh after a day exploring the city.
Please note: this property does not come with complimentary parking.
Guest Access:
Check in time is 4PM. Check out time is 10AM. All doors unlock with a unique access code, so arrival after hours is no problem! Our rooms do require guests to climb stairs. You will have private and exclusive access to the entire suite.

If you’ve never visited Charleston before, this location couldn’t be better and Vacation Rentals in this district are rare to come by. Situated at at the corner of Vendue Range and East Bay, you’ll be right in the heart of the historic district. Just steps away are Waterfront Park and the iconic Pineapple Fountain, along with the Charleston City Market, King Street shopping, and The Battery. You’ll also be surrounded by some of Charleston’s most celebrated restaurants including High Cotton, Magnolias, and Blossom, plus nearby favorites like Fleet Landing, Poogan’s Porch, and Church & Union, as well as countless art galleries and waterfront strolls just outside your door.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely weekend stay in Charleston and could not have been more pleased with The Quarters on Vendue loft. It was clean, updated, easy to find, and the perfect location right by the riverfront and many popular sights and restaurants. There is no elevator so pack accordingly, knowing that you’ll have to carry your items up two flights upstairs. We were prepared so this was not a problem. I absolutely would stay here again. It made our trip to Charleston absolutely perfect!!
