• Living Room: Relax on the sofa chaise with a 65-inch Smart TV and full A/C
• Seating for 10: Rare find! Our dining table seats 6, plus 4 stools at the breakfast bar so your whole group can eat together
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, and fridge. We provide complimentary coffee, sugar, and bottled water to start your stay!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10)
All bedrooms include Smart TVs and A/C:
• Bedroom 1 (Master): King Bed + Ensuite Bath (Tub)
• Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Twin Bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + Bunk Bed (Full bottom/Twin top)
PRIVATE BALCONY
Relax on your private balcony featuring a patio sofa and chairs. It’s the perfect spot to watch the kids play at the park or pool right in front of you.
RESORT AMENITIES
• 5 Pools (with slide) & Jacuzzi.
• 2 Kids Playgrounds.
• 18-Hole Mini Golf, Tennis, & 4 Pickleball Courts.

You have private access to the entire apartment and all resort facilities.
IMPORTANT: The HOA requires a $12 wristband fee per guest (one-time fee). This is paid separately before check-in.

• Guest Registration: We require the full names of all guests and your travel itinerary (flight info) to ensure the apartment is ready for your arrival
• Parking: 2 designated parking spots are included
• Rules: Max 10 people. No visitors allowed. No Pets. No Smoking
• Safety: Both bathrooms have safety handrails
