Overall we had a great time. It was good location for us to visit places. Major drawback was not having dishwasher… it was a pain to wash dishes. Charging ports in master bedroom, could have been more accessible. Could have kept washing powder or liquid for laundry. Also toilet rolls were just enough, could have stocked some more.

The apartment was beautiful, rooms were set up a little different than shown but still pretty accommodating. Would recommend researching the area of the location but overall nice stay.

The house was nice and had a fun rooftop terrace. We were worried about our Christmas Day arrival and not being able to buy any food. The host was kind enough to arrange to for us to get a small order of food from the grocery store and have it in the fridge for when we arrived. Above and beyond. Fun pools, fun beach, beautiful area.

Nice condo! My family of 5 stayed here for 11 days. The location was convenient for day trips to much of the island. The host was great to work with and very responsive when we had issues. We chose this condo for the location, patio/rooftop spaces, beach access, pools, and air conditioning. The location and pools were great, but...1) I missed the fact that this condo is ONLY air conditioned in the bedrooms (this was my fault). The condo DOES get a great cross-breeze in the main living spaces when the doors and windows are opened. Having the doors open, however, can get loud (see below).2) We were unable to enjoy the patio/rooftop because the house directly across the street from the back patio has opened a bar and was playing VERY loud music until 11pm (1am on the weekend). We could not watch tv or go to sleep while the bar was open. Check with the owner about this before booking. Since the bar is outside the complex, I'm not sure how much can be done.3) While the complex DOES have beach access, it is not a beach you can really walk on or swim at...or even just sit and watch the sunrise with your coffee, as it has rusted metal and concrete buried in the sand.Lastly, SERIOUSLY do your research about the water situation in PR. The complex/area was rationing water for over 50% of our stay, limiting our ability to do wash, flush toilets, cook, shower, etc. Not the host's fault, but fun to plan around.Overall, the experience was not what we paid for.
