Beautiful family house, in Naguabo, one of Puerto Rico's east coast treasures and an amazing ocean view!
4 bedrooms TV, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
Private Pool, overlooking the ocean and Vieques Island.
Great private location 50 min from the San Juan area
25 minutes away from Puerto del Rey Marina
Villa Marina where you can rent a Catamaran for a day trip to the Palomino or Icacos.
Walking distance (approx 10 minutes) to the neighborhood beach.
Other things to note.
The house is equipped with Tesla solar panels and a backup generator to ensure uninterrupted power during an outage.

The pictures did not do justice, I definitely recommended posting more pictures of the property and house. We had no idea that the house was in a gated community and that it was in such a nice neighborhood. It made us feel safe. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. There was toilet paper provided but not enough for 7 people for 1 week. We weren’t able to use the grill because the propane tank was empty but, we found out at the end of our stay that there was an extra tank in the garage. The hot tub was a nice feature but was not heated therefore the same temperature as the pool. We definitely enjoyed our stay at this house and in Naguabo. There are so many good food options right down the road. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay for our group of 8, including 4 kids. The pool was used daily, and the view of the ocean can't be beat. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was a good home base to go to various locations like Luquillo beach, El Yunque, Old San Juan, and a dah trip to Vieques. I hope to make it back to PR!

House was just perfect. Had everything we needed. Great spot for day travel as well. The view was amazing. The host answered any questions right away
