Located in the picturesque village of Prines, just a short drive from Rethymno Old Town and its long sandy beach, Paradise Villa is an elegant and spacious villa designed for families and groups seeking comfort and relaxation in Crete.


Spanning 335 sq. m. across 3 levels, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in its seven bedrooms, with the option to host up to 16 guests if necessary, using folding beds. Combining generous indoor spaces with a private pool, hot tub, entertainment area, and fully equipped gym, Paradise Villa offers everything needed for a memorable stay, while its convenient location provides easy access to Rethymno and the beautiful surrounding coastline.

Entering through the main entrance, youll find five of the seven en-suite bedrooms, and the laundry room with a washer & dryer is located on this floor.

Outdoor area
Furthermore, the outdoor area of Paradise Villa offers several amenities, including:
- A private 42 sqm swimming pool, 1.40m depth. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge upon request and must be used for the entire duration of your stay.
- The pool terrace is equipped with 14 sunbeds and 4 umbrellas, as well as a seating area and an outdoor shower.
- A 4-seater hot tub is also available next to the pool.
- Fully equipped barbecue facilities with a gas BBQ and an outdoor sink.
- Dining area for up to 16 guests under a shade
- Parking space for 4 cars.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
